Ways To Donate...

The Thunderbolt Council is happy to accept donations using any of the following methods: major credit cards, Venmo, or paper check. The details regarding each method are shown below. Credit Card

The Thunderbolt Council uses a third-party vendor (Stripe) to process credit card donations.  Please click on the link here to be redirected to their website:  https://donate.stripe.com/3cseXjaSObWebo49AA Alternatively, scan the QR code shown to complete your donation using a cell phone or tablet.  Once your transaction is processed, you’ll receive an e-mail receipt and your credit card statement will reflect a charge to the “Thunderbolt Council”. One additional note – Stripe charges us 2.9% + $.30 for each credit card donation they process.  If you want to ensure the full amount of your intended donation finds it’s way to support the 104th Fighter Wing, please bump the amount of your gift to cover those fees… thank you!!  To help calculate the amount needed to cover processing fees, please use the handy calculator below – simply enter the amount you’d like to contribute in the field on the left and then use the amount shown in the field on the right for the total amount charged to your credit card.

Venmo

We can also accept donations using the mobile payment app Venmo.  Payments should be sent to our account:  @thunderboltcouncilorg.  Look for the Thunderbolt Council logo (as shown at the top of this page) to ensure you’ve reached the right spot.  Alternatively, simply scan the QR code to the right to donate using your phone or tablet.

Venmo also wants a piece of the action when helping to make payments, but they charge slightly less than Stripe:  1.9% + $.10 for each payment they help manage.  To help calculate the amount needed to cover Venmo processing fees, here’s another calculator – again, just enter the amount you’d like to contribute in the field on the left and then use the amount shown in the field on the right for the total amount to send to our Venmo account
